Shipping policy

No returns are accepted. Corals come with a standard 1 Hour DOA guarantee. If the coral arrives dead, clear pictures of the coral, in the original SEALED bag/cup/container must be provided within 1 hour of FIRST delivery attempt. After pictures have been provided additional info such as water temp inside bag will also be needed and if decided the DOA coral will need sent back. If item is not accepted on first delivery attempt or if the bag/cup/container is opened then the DOA is void. Not responsible for DOA caused by shipping delays, acts of gods & other situations or scenarios out of the sellers control. In the rare event of a DOA, credit or replacement coral will be issued, no refunds will be given. Shipping costs are also not refundable. Absolutely no charge back of credit cards will be allowed.
